  • 1. What are the Audio visual equipment available for use in the kitchen?
    The kitchen is equipped with a hands-free wireless audio system, 42-inch LED TV which can be used for streaming live feed of the instructor’s station or be linked up via Airplay to an iPad for displaying slides and photos.
  • 2. What time can I come and prepare prior to my event?
    Each rental session comes with a complimentary 30-min setup time. Admission to the facility will be granted 30mins prior to the commencement of the rental period.
  • 3. What time must I vacate the kitchen?
    We give a 15-mins grace period for you to vacate the kitchen as we need to commence the cleaning and preparation for the next event. We seek your understanding in this.
  • 4. Are the studio Halal?
    No. Our kitchen are not Halal-certified. If you require a Halal kitchen, you may engage Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS), also known as the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore, for cleansing and certifying the place and equipment Halal at your own expense.
  • 5. What if we damage something in the kitchen?
    A deposit of S$400 is required for all rental and the deposit is refundable at the end of the rental period. If any of the cutleries, utensils, equipment or kitchen items are damaged by the client, the deposit will be used to offset the cost for the replacement of such items. Kindly refer to the price list of the items in the kitchen.
  • 6. Can I cancel a booking?
    In the event that you need to cancel the booking 2 weeks prior to the event, please note that 50% of the rental charge will be forfeited. Full refunds are at the discretion of The Eureka Cooking Lab Pte Ltd.
  • 7. What is included in the rental, and what is not?
    During the rental period, you have exclusive use of kitchen studio and full use of equipment, utensils and cutleries. However, please note the disposable kitchen napkins, ingredients, cling wrap films, aluminium foils, hand gloves and sou vide bags are not included in the rental. Clients are advised to bring their own.
  • 8. We would like to have some alcohol beverages. Can we bring our own?

    We charge a corkage charge as below:-
    S$5 per can/bottles of beer
    $30 per bottle of wine
    $50 per bottle of hard liquor
    Corkage is waived if client uses their own wine glasses. Washing of the glasses are not inclusive in the rental.
